CloudSigma would like to inform you that our data center operator in London performed a scheduled Power maintenance. For stage 1 of the work, they turned off the circuit supplies while inspecting, maintaining, and testing the switchboards, main data room busbars, circuit breakers, and protection units.
IMPACT: During the maintenance, the power was stopped in one of our circuits.There was no service impact as our equipment is power-redundant.

For each stage of work, they will need to shut down the circuit supplies while inspecting, maintaining, and testing the switchboards, main data room busbars, circuit breakers, and protection units.
IMPACT: During this and the next maintenance stage, the power will be stopped in one of our circuits at a time. We expect no service impact as our equipment is power-redundant.
While it is important such maintenance to be performed to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
